Brief Answer:
start paxil 2-3 days after stopping tramadol.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.

I understand your concerns.

Paxil can decrease the effects of tramadol.
As you took the drugs together, the drug interactions between the two must have resulted in slight decrease in effects of tramadol. This could be the reason for aches and weakness.

Tramadol usually takes 2-3 days to leave the blood. The drug interactions should be minimal if paxil is started 2-3 days after stopping tramadol.

But please take care that abrupt stopping of tramadol can cause withdrawal symptoms.

So, a cautious dose adjustment is needes.
Kindly discuss this with your psychiatrist.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.
