Brief Answer:
Inner ear fluid is usually not drained...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

Normally the middle ear fluid is drained by incising the ear drum and placing a ventilation tube called grommet. Whereas the inner ear fluid is normally not drained unless, there is an increase in pressure in the inner ear in conditions such as Ménière's disease. This is done by puncturing the endolymphatic sac. This is rarely performed nowadays, as it leads to lots of complications.

Hope this answers your query; I'll be available for the follow up queries.
