Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have reviewed the attached photographs. You are having mild to moderate acne.
I would advise you to keep your face dry, avoid applying oily creams and moisturisers, avoid oiling of scalp, use cosmetics labelled as noncomedogenic, reduce the intake of sugary foods and don't pick these pimples.
Besides this in such cases I recommend my patients to use a salicylic acid facewash twice in a day and apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel on the pimples twice daily. Along with this I also suggest them to take a course of tablet azithromycin 500mg daily for 3 consecutive days in a week.
These usually need to be taken for 6 weeks to see any significant response. These are prescription medicines and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
As far as marks are concerned don't pick your pimples and apply a cream containing kojic acid on the marks twice daily. Also avoid direct sun exposure. Again it has to be continued for atleast 6-8 weeks to see appreciable improvement.
I don't think you need to go for chemical peeling as of now. It is better to try oral and topical therapy first and if the response is less then you can consider going for salicylic acid peels.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.
