I am unable to focus, i can not concentrate also i can not memories them.
I don't feel anxiety and sleepiness much.
Topics are not new, i have already done them before in proper way but i can not remind them and feeling they are new, even last time i have done them properly.
I am not patient of any tension and depression.
is there any head injury or drug use? test vit B12& vit D and thyroid

So, the topics are not new to you and there is no issue of sleep or anxiety to which we may attribute your inability to focus.
In such a case of new found focussing problems we need to rule out organicity.
Have you had any head injury in recent past
or any kind of drug intake?
How is your concentration with other things in life: like, do you forget where you kept your things, your ways to various places etc?
If the answer to all these is- negative; then please try to follow the further points.
1. The focussing or concentrating power of brain in humans is 45min at a stretch. So, take break of 5 min after every 45min of constant study. This helps in keeping mind fresh and more active.
2. Learn in points. Do not try to learn all what is given but only key words.
3. Try to write down what you are reading. Like first read the text. Then close the book and recall what you have read and finally write it down. This is the most important and long lasting methods of remembering.
4. You may try to study in groups and discuss the topics among friends. This is also a good way to recall what you have read.
5. Take helps of diagrams and flow charts to study.
You may include walnuts and almonds in diet on regular basis. They help brain functioning.
Get vit B12 & vit D and thyroid tested. If found deficient - treat them. They are important vitamins/ hormones and good for brain.
There isnt any medication that can increase the memorising power , but only to treat the various illness or deficiencies.
Had there been such a medicine, then everyone would have become a master!

If still there is some issue then I would request that you need to visit a doctor in person and get your self examined. Sudden loss of ability to concentrate without any reason needs to be looked into.
