without medicines its a long term plan to achieve what i want but let me get a bit specific and focus only on solutions with medicines.
one thing that i would like to share is that, the day before the actual examination iam not able to have a proper sleep due to which i feel sleepy,less alert,low energy on the exam day.this is happening from past 1.5 years for each entrance exam that i gave and hence affecting my performance.
so please suggest me the following things
-which medicines allopathy or ayurvedic type should be taken the day before the exam so that i can have a proper sleep
-which medicine should i take on the day of exam so that i can enhance my performance during the actual exam.

Practice meditation and Yoga which will help you in coping up with stress and anxiety as well as it will increase your concentration power.
Take healthy food and prepare a schedule for the entire day, try to be strict to the schedule.
As far as not able to sleep prior to exam date is concerned, you can take sedative like zolpidem group of drugs after consulting your doctor because such drugs are not available over the counter.
Sankhapuspi is a ayurvedic preparation which may enhance your concentration power and regularise your alertness as well.
Otherwise you can also listen good music whenever you feel bored and anxious.
