Brief Answer:
Increase fluid and protein intake

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Milk supply usually decreases after 6 months of baby, when the exclusive breastfeeding period is over.
You should drink plenty of fluids (at least 3 litres per day) including water, milk, juices, lemon water to increase the milk supply. Moreover, take a high protein diet including pulses, sprouts, eggs and meat (if non vegetarian ). This will facilitate in increasing the milk production. You can also have powdered cumin seeds 1 teaspoon a day with water, as it is known to increase the breast milk supply.
I suggest you not to worry so much about breast milk now, and increase the number and amount of complementary feeds to your baby, as this will meet his required protein and calorie intake. Give him meal every 2-3 hourly, alternating with breast feeds.
