I had gone through your question very diligently and I can understand your concern

I have number of patients in my clinic who are interested in increasing their height and most them succeeded significantly

You should not expect the tremendous changes as your growing bony ends are already fused so now you can add a little width and strength to the bones through various exercises and life style modifications

At the outset I would like to clear all your doubts that no tonic or medicine on this planet can increase your height drastically so beware of such advertisement
Don't lose hope if you follow my guidelines,I am sure definitely you will be benefitted

Please follow these guidelines
1. Have balanced and nutritious food consisting of all essential nutrients and mineral like egg,milk and diary products, fish, meat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables
2. Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks
3. Exposure to sunlight which gives you vitamin D, essential element for bone growth
4. Ashawgandha (ginseng) a Ayurvedic medicine is recommended for bone growth
5. Stretching exercises like hanging,Touch toes, jump rope
6. Yoga and swimming will definitely help you
7. Have plenty of water and fresh fruit juices
8. Have adequate sleep for 7 to 8 hours which releases various growth hormones like substances
