Hi Mam,
I understand your query and concern.
Suckling by baby will give positive feedback and improve breast milk.
Since how long is your baby not taking breast milk?
Is there any excessive cry or breathing difficulty or any symptoms?
Post your further queries if any,

Yes he cryed a lot.nearly one month he did not take breast milk properly. I have take any medicine.
Brief Answer:
Radiological imaging of the baby is required.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I understand your concern.
It might be related to infection in the digestive tract of your baby.
So I advise you to get Complete blood picture, X ray chest PA view and abdomen to rule out any underlying abnormality in the digestive tract at the earliest.
Once baby starts suckling your breast milk, your breast milk start increasing due to positive feed back mechanism,so you don't need any medication as such.

Is there any other possibilities to reject breast milk
Brief Answer:
Common causes listed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I understand your concern.
Some common causes for rejecting breast milk in babies are as follows.
1.Difficultly to latch on properly and can't get a good enough mouthful of breast to feed.
2.Baby refuse your breast out of frustration.
3.Baby's mouth is painful, perhaps because she has a cold sore, or an infection such as thrush.
4.Baby's cold, or a stuffy nose, makes it hard for her to breathe while breastfeeding.
5.Baby has an ear infection, which makes breastfeeding painful when she lies on her infected ear.
6.Baby is teething.
7.Your milk supply has reduced, perhaps because you have been giving your baby formula feeds as well.
8.Your baby is easily distracted by noise or interruptions while she/he is breastfeeding.
9.There's been a big disruption in your baby's routine, such as if you have recently moved house or returned to work.
