Question: Hi, I am 38 years old and I have been suffering from small penis and scrotum since I was 12 years old. The school doctor checked my scrotum when I was 14 and said that everything was ok. I am more than 6 feet tall and I have much body hair and beard and I have a quite muscular body. I am very depressed about this and have suicide thoughts. I have always hidden my naked body. I have used a penis extender for a while but with bad results. I want to know if there is anything I can do to get a larger penis except surgery. I have seen that dht gel or hcg injections can help. As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

At your age,you're not a person to consider a penile extender treatment.
Both gel and HCG injections are not going to help in your case.

You should be proud of your height,hairy skin and muscular body.
These are physical attributes,for which many males take treatment.

Unless you send a photo of your erect penis with length,i can't comment.
