Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Please consult a Fitness Expert - Personal trainer.
You should do 30 minutes of walking initially on the treadmill at a speed of 6 km / hour daily .
This should be followed by stretching, skipping, weight training and abdominal exercises.
Swimming can be done for 20 minutes every alternate day.
Yoga can be tried.
The type of exercise best suited for you depends on your self, your choice and your will power.
For diet - a Nutritionist will prepare a chart based on your metabolism and daily activity level.
Start off on a very low calorie diet.
Completely cut off - fried food, oil, ghee, sweets, pizza, burger, fast food, potatoes, rice, XXXXXXX etc.
Have 4 - 5 small meals - daliya , salad, boiled vegetables, sprouts, dahi, raita, buttermilk.
Avoid excess salt and sugar.
Have a walk for 30 minutes again after dinner.
Take lots of water.
Start your day with a glass of warm water with honey and lemon in it.
Take green tea .
Avoid coffee, chocolates, tea etc.
Think positive.
Have an evaluation with a gynecologist for irregular cycles.
You might be having PCOD - polycystic ovarian disease.
Please have an internal exam, pelvic ultrasound scan and hormonal levels ( FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, OGTT, DHEAS, Free testosterone, Lipid profile ).
IF PCOD is present, Metformin can be started to help with weight loss.
You have a long way to go, and you need to work hard for atleast 1 - 2 years to get back into shape.
You are quite young, and with this weight, you will have many complications, unless you decide to change your life.
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.
