1. Diet - control calories, fats, fries, and oily foods.

amount of lunch and light dinner. Total calorie intake should be less than the

5. Avoid following crash diet, and taking any slim powder and tablets.Because it causes side effects including reflex weight gain once you stopped taking it and it is not good for health

Why did you say to sleep less? Others say to sleep more if you want to reduce weight!
Minimal sleep means at least 7-8 hrs daily

Recent studies have suggested an association between sleep duration and weight gain. Sleeping less than five hours or more than nine hours a night appears to increase the likelihood of weight gain.
One explanation might be that sleep duration affects hormones regulating hunger ghrelin and leptin which stimulates the appetite, leads to increase in intake of food and causes weight gain.
So you have to sleep 7-8 hrs daily not less than this nor more than that.
More than all these workout is very important to lose weight.
