Brief Answer:
Main findings is elevated homocysteine level.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Main finding is elevated homocysteine level. It may be due to vitamin B12 deficiency in your case.
Raised homocysteine may cause ischemic effect on the heart,so it should be corrected.
You are rightly taking vitamin supplementation. It is expected to lower homocysteine level.I also suggest to take one folic acid tablet daily,it is also helpful in lowering homocysteine level.
Eat green leafy vegetables.
You may need follow up test.

You may also need vitamin D supplementation.Take one vitamin D tablet weekly for eight weeks then one tablet can be taken once monthly for six months.
Take calcium rich foods like milk and its products.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
