Brief Answer:
injection vitamin B 12 advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello Ms. XXXXXXX thanks for trusting health care magic.
Vitamin B12 deficiency is very common in vegetarian people and also causes anemia and lethargy.
I would advise you to take injection of vitamin B12 (nervic plus) single dose.
It will show you very good response in a week or two.
But get the injection only in close supervision by a doctor after sensitivity testing because very few people are allergic to the injection.
Also get the following tests done viz Complete blood count and thyroid hormone levels.
Get the reports and then we can discuss further management if required.
Take care
