Brief Answer:
You must get back to your treating doctor as soon as possible!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your information fully. It would be nice to return to your doctor earlier than planned. This is because you are running out of drugs, in excruciating pains and developing withdrawal symptoms already. Unfortunately, these are medications that cannot be prescribed by anyone. You need to contact his office and request for refills, at least up to the date of the next appointment. It might be important to also tell him what happened for the medications to get finished before the planned date so that he shouldn’t be concerned about you probably misusing them.

In all, talk to the prescribing doctor for refill. In in the interim, add tylenol 1000mg every 6hours and Ibuprofen 600mg every 8hours to help control the pain while you figure out getting new drugs.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me.

Kind regards.
