hello,
At this moment, you just need to monitor your bp regularly. Have low salt diet and monitor blood pressure (resting) regularly thrice a day for one week then once or twice a week. If bp is persistently found to be more than 140/90 mmhg, then we need evaluate the cause and also need to start some medicine. If bp is high, then you being an young hypertensive you ll first evaluation for cause of blood pressure. You should undergo test like kidney function test, renal artery Doppler, Sr cortisol and 24 hr Urinary metanephrines.
Till then, you should have regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging according your capacity atleast 30 min a day and 5 days a week. Lots of green leafy vegetables, fruits, fish once or twice a week, avoid meat. Avoid smoking and alcohol if any. Achieve WEIGHT loss if you are overweight.
