May need supplements for calcium and bisphosphonates

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if osteoporosis and related morbidity is troubling your daily routine. It's good that Meanwhile you have continued the excercises and other routines but I would suggest to continue using supplements for calcium and bisphosphonates as these may help with bone resorption issue alongwith osteoporosis.

If pains are not being controlled by acetaminophen and tramadol, more potent analgesics like non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs like naproxen or celecoxib can be used for longer time if no contraindications like kidney or stomach disease present. Meanwhile topical massage with capsiacin gels and physiotherapy may help.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.

Detailed Answer:
That's good that you have started it already. Make sure that exercises should be according to advise of a recognized and authentic physiotherapist. Also with calcium and other mineral supplements drink lots of water else these can precipitate kidney stones.
