Brief Answer:
May need surgical correction and more potent analgesics

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through.

Based on the history you have shared, since you are already on opioid analgesics alongwith OTC combinations and is not working. You have been prescribed non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs combination recently with diclofenac in it, and let's hope it works but with its long term use you will also need antacids like omeperazole for gastric protection and related side effects of NSAIDS.

More potent analgesics like tramadol and nerve pain suppressants like gaba pentins or duloxetine may be considered after this but if it fails as well a detailed discussion with pain medicine specialist for sensory nerve block or surgical options like disc correction or replacement surgeries or correction of nerve compression may be needed depending upon derailed reviews of MRI for extent of damage and a combined review of pain medicine specialist and a neurosurgeon may be needed for a better and permanent solution.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
