Suggest Ways To Manage Side Effects Of Omega 2 Pill
Question: How can I find an Omega 2 pill that is small and "burp less'. Dr, recommended I try it for degenerative osteoarthritis. It is working for my body but hard to take.

I have studied your case. Burping is due to slow gastric motility. So you need to take Pan D tablet along with Omega pills. Also do not take them empty stomachs.
Drink plenty of juice after that and do not sleep or sit. You need to do little walk after taking these tablet. it will prevent any burping.
You can change your brand of Omega 2 also as it is a food supplements there is variation in products available in market. So you can find a smaller tablet also.
I would also suggest you to take Glucosamine and calcium and vitamin D 3 tablet regularly.

Thank you so much for your advice. My remaining quandary is the size of the pills. You cannot see through the containers and I wondered if there was a way to know the sizes-a web site, manufacturer's sites,etc. Some due sound larger if you shake the bottle but that is not really accurate. There are so many on the market and I don't want to try all of them.
