You need anti anxiety medicines and proper deaddiction treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing to us.I can understand your problem.
Inhalation of whitener for 10 years is pretty long duration. Such addiction itself can cause anxiety problems later on as well as stopping the same can cause anxiety features in form of withdrawal symptoms.
You feeling of light-headedness and no blood flow are part of anxiety features.Your depression and anxiety to be treated with medicines as 10 years long intake had cause severe physical dependence and withdrawal.
Once MRI brain as well as proper lung scan should be done to assess damage done by inhalant until now.
For proper treatment you need to consult psychiatrist/de-addiction specialist.
You can be helped with anti anxiety medicines like benzodiazepines as well as antidepressant medicines like SSRI after proper history, physical examination and mental status examination.
I am sure you can get back to your condition like before 12 years if you start treatment and continue follow up with doctor.
Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.

Medicines are not advisable for weight loss in general
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for follow up. I think you are talking about MAO-inhibitor. It is less used now a days. And for reducing weight I never prefer. It has lots of side effects.
Psychiatrist can also help you in weight loss and weight control.
Basic formula for weight reduction is calorie deficit. It means you need to burn more calories than you take. You can do the same by reducing 25% of your current food intake and starting regular exercise like walking or running daily.
Regular sleep and meal at time would help.Avoid fatty food and junk food.
For specific schedule of meal and exercise; your weight, height, daily food intake and food habits, calorie counting of the same, lifestyle history and work scheduled to be evaluated. Psychiatrist can help for the same through counseling.
For your information: Trima (Moclobamide) and Relgin(Rasagiline) by intas pharma are available MAO inhibitor in XXXXXXX market. But as I said, I would not prefer to use them for weight loss programme in view of its side effects.
Hope this answer will help.
If still any query there, I will be happy to answer. If not, you can close the discussion and if feasible give your feedback and rating so I can improve my service. In future you can contact me directly on this site if you wish with this link:

it may help but better drugs are available
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
You are not at all disturbing me.
Your problem can be treated with better anti depressant medicines than MAOI like SSRI, SNRI or NRI group. MAOI is associated with side effects significantly. Rarely used for treatment. They can help in depression and may be also in your problem but if I were your treating psychiatrist I would not use it at all.
I hope you have got satisfactory answer.
Good luck.

Please upload MRI report and medication tried
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up.
If I were your treating psychiatrist I would like to start with Paroxetine controlled release 12.5 mg an night and etizolam 0.25 mg in morning and noon.
If you have already been given these medicines in past let me know.
Or you can start these medicines after consulting your doctor and taking the prescription.
Please upload your MRI report and medication you have tried.
I will be happy to help you further.

you can be treated for sure
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I can understand your concern. I also can think how much depress you are.
Believe me your depression can be treated. You just need to keep patience and continue regular follow up with psychiatrist.
Somehow you could not mention details of all drug taken.Otherwise I might comment more about useful medicines. Last medicine is clonazepam and that is helpful in anxiety only not in depression. There are lots of medicines to treat depression.
You also can be givem bupropion which is helpful in some deaddiction treatment. It also will not cause any weight gain.
Tightness can be releaved with drug like flupirtine maleate which has some muscle relaxing properties.
Daytime anxiolytic like etizolam would have great anti anxiety effect without sedation.
MRI brain normal that is very good thing.
I wish you will move forward for treatment with positive approach.
All the best and wish you early recovery.
Take care.

You need to consult psychiatrist for prescription
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Thanks for writing to us.
I can understand your situation.
Here I am mentioning dose for your information considering if I were your treating psychiatrist. But all drugs are prescription drugs and having some side effects. As per XXXXXXX laws online prescription is not valid. And it is better to consult psychiatrist and take prescription as by chance some side effects occur your treating local doctor can help you immediately.
In my opinion to start with paroxetine cr 12.5 mg at night, 0.5 mg etizolam in morning and noon and 100 mg flupirtine at morning and evening.
I would like to wait for two weeks on these schedule and then check if dose of paroxetine dose to be increased or not.
I would like to add or substitute bupropion only if paroxetine is not working at all.
Please do not hesitate to consult psychiatrist.
Take care.
