Brief Answer:
The periods cannot be preponed but can be postponed
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
Congratulations on deciding to get married. There is no medicine to prepone the periods but taking low dose hormonal pills (marketed as oral contraceptive pills - any brand) can help you postpone the periods. Depending on the scenario you can postpone it as long as you feel required.
Hope that helps.

i would like to ask then which medicine should i go for which does not have any side effect later. and what will should be the dosage time and quantity.
Brief Answer:
For the present indication any pill will suffice
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
The main side effect of these pills is obesity. However, on short term intake it does not really matter which pill you take. For intake as a long term oral contraceptive I would prefer Yaz or XXXXXXX (drospirenone-ethinyl-estradiol). However, for the present scenario any pill would suffice and you need not worry about any long term side effects.
The dosage is one pill to be taken at night every day till you want your periods. The periods can be expected in 3-5 days of stopping the pills.
