Brief Answer:
Suggestions on feeding
Detailed Answer:
Hi...babies usually gain 25-30 grams per day at this age. But they lose 10% of body weight after birth and regain it by 10-12 days of life. Even if we calculate like this he has gained only 16 grams per day which is low.
My suggestions:
1. Mix 1 scoop formula per 30 ml of boiled and cooled water and give.
2. Feed his as much as he takes - do not count ml...feed him on demand.
3. Make sure he passes urine at least 6 hours once.
4. Continue breast feeds as much as possible.
5. Stop bottle feeding - feed him by spoon or paladey.
Wait for 15 days like this and if still he is not gaining weight, I suggest you consult your baby's pediatrician for further evaluation like - urine routine/ Liver function tests/ renal function tests/ Ultrasound abdomen etc.

How many times i cn feed him in a day
Brief Answer:
Feed him as frequently as possible
Detailed Answer:
Hi...you can feed him as frequently as possible. That is what I meant when I told you to feed him on demand.
There is no specific time period or gap between two feeds. Feed as much as the baby can take and as frequently as he demands.
