Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear!Thank you for using HCM.
The homocysteine level is high but can be back to normal if you follow a good diet and take some supplements. High homocysteine levels could increase the risk of heart dissease .
The low levels of vitamine may be connected and in the same time may be one of the reason of the high homocysteine level besides other causes (cafeine , stress ,consuming high protein food especially from the animals, genetic factors ,thyroid problem, kidneyn problems..,alcohol,smoking .)
Here are some practical advices that you can follow to lower the homocysteine level and increase vitamine B and D level:
-Reduce red meat ( reduce proteine intake from animal food ) ,reduce coffe intake , alcohol or smoking if you consume ,reduce stress ( Do more excercise )
-Consume more beans , oranges , green vegetables(spinach broccoli, asparagus ) every day and every meal you have , eat fish at least 3 days /week , eat a lots of fruits .
-use suplement of vitamine that contains at least 20mg B6,200mcg acid folic and at least 10 mcg B12 besides diet.Taurine supplement for 4 week has been effective on lowering homocysteine leve.
For vitamine D stay in the sun and take some vitamine D suplememt , use food that contain calcium.
Homocysteine level will be back to normal in some weeks .
Hope this is helpful.

Hello Again !
I can understand you have thyroid problems .
The medication you are taking are the appropriate ones.
I think that after around 6-8 weeks, all should be back to normal , depends on how your body will react and how that amount of thyroid hormones and vitamins get metabolized.
You need to check again the thyroid levels , vitamins after 3 months .
