You have an old atrophic scar over the face.
Since it is an old scar and is depressed as well just places, so topical medicines would not be of great help to you.

I would rather suggest that you can apply a mild skin lightening agent like kojivit cream over the affected area twice a day.This will only take care of the slight pigmentation in the area.
You should fix an appointment with a plastic surgeon for scar revision. This only will be of definite help to you if you are really bothered by the scar.
Also you should use a sunscreen regularly before going out in the sun to prevent its further darkening.
