Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not suggestive of appendicitis!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your symptoms fully. They are not in the least suggestive of appendicitis. Appendicitis is an acute condition and would presents with violent abdominal pains located in the lower right quadrant. Also, appendicitis will not cause a ribcage pain unless the pain is referred to this area. Pressing on the right lower quadrant should provoke this pain and if this is not the case with you, you do not have appendicitis.

In all, appendicitis is unlikely given your symptoms.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.

Brief Answer:
The liver and gall bladder,

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The liver and gall bladder are the main organs in this area. i will suggest that you get an ultrasound of the abdomen to look at these structures. If this fails to resolve, I will recommend you meet with a gastroenterologist.

I understand you have a pain but this is not appendicitis. While i am unable to pinpoint without further evaluation, I will recommend that you see a gastroenterologist for comprehensive evaluation.

I hope to hear back from you to know what options you are taking on!

would an endocrinologist help?

Brief Answer:
Go with a Gastroenterologist!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I will rather go with an endocrinologist. This will be a better specialist to look at this abdominal pain than an endocrinologist. Are there any specific reasons for which you thought about an endocrinologist?

Hope to hear from you!
