Hypertrophied Adenoids most probably...
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting the query
I have gone through your query and understood your problem.
1. Nasopharyngitis can happen due to various reasons. Smoking, nasal allergy, acid reflux disease, recurrent sinusitis, etc.
2. The lymphoid tissue noticed in the nasopharyngeal space could be the non-regressed adenoid tissue persisting in the adulthood. This is seen in some individuals who are having chronic sinusitis or allergic rhinitis. The adenoids which have to disappear by the age of twelve persists in the adulthood, because of the sustained inflammation.
3. I honestly feel there is nothing to worry about and advise you to take a second opinion from an apt ENT specialist. Or else, if you can post the images of the nasal endoscopy done, we can help you in a better way.
Hope this answers your query; revert back to me if you have any follow up queries.

I have requested doctor to send images of nasal endoscopy but being saturday and sunday I doubt will get it by Monday ..
Don't worry! I don't think it is a cancerous lesion
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back,
Mild smoking doesn't lead to any cancerous lesion in the nasopharyngeal region and particularly in your age. As I mentioned in my earlier response it's most probably the hypertrophied adenoid tissue secondary to nasal allergy and not cancer.
If you can forward us the CT scan report (whenever possible) as well as the nasal endoscopy pictures, we can help you in a better way.
Hope this clarifies your doubts. Wish you good health.

Adenoids and tonsils are part of the lymphatic chain...
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing back
Tonsils and adenoids are the part of lymphoid chain. As I mentioned in my earlier response, the adenoids has not regressed because of nasal allergy. If it was anything dangerous, the doctors who had examined you earlier would have definitely suspected this.
Honestly, I would not advise for any biopsy. I can confirm the same after I see the images of the nasal endoscopy. You can also take a second opinion and get the endoscopy repeated.
Hope this clears your doubts. Wish you good health.

CTscan of the paranasal sinuses is almost normal...
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome back
Do not worry! Your CT Scan of the paranasal sinuses is almost normal and doesn't mention about anything significant in the nasopharyngeal region. The CT scan done is of a very high quality wherein it takes less than a millimetre slices and it's difficult to miss even tiny malignant lesions.
If you see the report/prescription of the doctor in the first image, the doctor does mention about the Grade 2 hypertrophy of the adenoids. As I mentioned in my earlier responses it's only a hypertrophied adenoid tissue and not cancer.
If you are in XXXXXXX at present, you can meet Dr. E. C. XXXXXXX Kumar who works at Apollo Hospital, for a second opinion.
You can remove all the doubts from your mind and relax.
