Brief Answer:
Onychomycosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
You have developed onychomycosis a fungal infection of nail bed.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antifungal medication.
A combination of oral fluconazole 150 mg per week and topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole to be applied twice daily works well.
As the nail bed is involved, the response will be slow and you might need to continue the medication for upto 8 months.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thanks.
