Question : what do pin worms look like? My 8 year old granddaughter just told us she has worms in her stool and they are small and white.

You need to get your granddaughter dewormed. Syrup Bandy (albendazole) 10ml one phial is to be given tonight and the dose is to be repeated after a fortnight.
