?Fissure
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Only with clinical examination I can know for sure what really you mean by rectal wall stick together.
What you mean could be anal sphincter spasm which can occur due to fissure.
Sitz bath and Diltiact cream for local application may provide relief.

Hi Sir,
No spasm of anal sphincter. No fissure.
Let me be very true to you.
1) Actually do to some reason I squeezed my rectum 3months back and started keeping it for few days.
But from XXXXXXX onwards I started workout thinking that it will be fine on its own.
2) But I realized after one month that isn't working, may be it has become unconscious thing for my mind.
3) Then I started meditation, and also meditation while brisk walking. it's having good effect since I am now able to open it more frequently. I can defecate more times than earlier and gas is also getting out better.
4) So I am just worried if it will come to its previous position or not. If yes how much time can it take.
5) Its not the Prolapse right? because I don't have pain. no constipation, no blood. and also when I insert finger inside rectum somehow adjusting, it started loosing, and become good, but after that it comes to its position when I take out finger.
6) So can it be loosen by enema? will it be in loose position then after it. One more thing does sitz bath and ointments help in lossing the rectum?

Brief Answer:
Per rectal examination
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The opening is always in a closed position only because of sphincter action.
It is a normal thing. Only gaping is abnormal.
But I would advise you to get a rectal examination done for proper assessment.
