
Suggest Ways To Stop Adult Nightmares Caused By Severe Anxiety

I usually dream alot and get strange dreams.
And it is not like that I get dreams of what I think or anything related.
Sometimes, I dream of a plane crash, sometimes death of my closed ones, sometimes accident, and sometimes I have dreamt of Storm and some running race.
Please guide through it as it leaves me thoughtful and stressed.

Until and unless dreams affect sleep or daily routine life, they do not need intervention. Almost every person gets dream in sleep, some of them can remember and most of them cannot depending on the stage of sleep dream comes.
You have different dreams but theme of all of them related to some kind of panic/anxiety situation. This may have two implications:

This includes regular daily exercise (walking or running), hygienic food habits (no junk food, no fatty food, preferably only home-made food with law salt and fat with more fruits and vegetables) and timely scheduled sleep.
