I don't think its due to age.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Thanks for asking from Health Care Magic for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. You were taking opioids since long time and then stopped taking cold turkey. Now symptoms like reduced energy are there. Opioids are dependence producing drugs and abrupt stoppage after prolonged intake result in withdrawal effects. I don't think the symptoms especially reduced energy you are having are due to age but most likely these are occurring due to withdrawal of opioids. The weakness and tiredness are most likely due to withdrawal.

If possible visit a doctor and ask for proper evaluation. Medicines like Clonidine or even Baclofen can help to reduce the withdrawal symptoms and will reduce the weakness. Please consult a doctor for prescription. Continue to take vitamins as these will help in quick improvement. Get your BP checked regularly.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.

Take care
