Water does not change the metabolism of Percocet, as this is metabolized by enzymes in the liver that are not affected by how much water you drink.

If you are taking a controlled substance for a legitimate medical problem, simply have your prescribing doctor write a letter for the person testing you. This is legal and acceptable as long as you disclose your drugs prescribed to you to the people testing you.
