Brief Answer:
Cocaine addiction

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, I would strongly advise consulting an addiction specialist/ consultant. Cocaine cravings can be very intense. The addiction potential requires admission in a facility that caters to all the needs and not just the craving concern. In addition to hypertension and cardiotoxicity, Cocaine has nephrotoxic potential and can lead to renal failure. These factors cant be addressed alone on an outpatient basis.

If you are persistent, then you can discuss a few treatment options regarding the associated cravings with your treating physician. These include ginseng root, gabapentin or pregabalin and modafanil.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
