Brief Answer:
many causes

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
There are many possible causes for your symptoms. I will give you some suggestions but it would be very good for you to see a doctor for some blood tests and an exam. You could be having hot flashes, thyroid problems, infections, anemia or heart or lung problem. Please make sure you are drinking at least 2 liters of water daily. Take a multivitamin and extra vitamin C. If you use any beverages with caffeine stop them and if you smoke try to stop. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains.
Please see a doctor as soon as possible for exam and blood tests.
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
