
Swab Test Showed Gram Stain, 2+ WBC's, 1+ Epithelial Cells, 1+ Gram Positive Cocci, 1+ Gram Positive Bacilli. Am I Having Herpes?

Question: I had a swab done the other day and I am wondering if the following indicates herpes:
gram stain
2+ WBC's
1+ epithelial cells
1+ gram positive cocci
1+ gram positive bacilli
culture
light growth of group b streptococcus (serologically confirmed)
light growth of mixed enteric flora
