1.after one or two month can I change TMT strong positive to negative by life style.
2.CT scan angoigraphy can clearly indicate the percentage of blockage
3. Can I believe the test result of 64 CT scan
4. if coronary blockage how can cure it without treatment.
5. if coronary artery blockage found how much chances of heart attack.
I understand your concerns, I prefer to answer your questions directly. If you have any further questions about my answers you may write to me further.
1. Generally in case like yours TMT remains positive all along life. It's unusual to turn negative unless there are technical problems deriving such results.
2. & 3. CT scan though not foolproof still gives fairly accurate results and 64 slice is adequate though now we have 128 slice as well.
4. Coronary blockages once developed can not be cured by life style alone, life style can only help to prevent or slow progression of block.
5. Difficult to answer, as multiple factors decide it. Severity of block, appeance or character of the blocks, extent of blood flow limitation, location of block, and treatment patient is receiving everything determine the risk of heart attack.
Hope my answers would help you understand the next action.
Regards,

2.TMT positive means ?
3.TG 202 means ?
4.Kindly suggest me after all results found normal excepet TMT positive and TG high.other test required or not.
5.If TMT found positive possibilities of blockge in artery.
Thanks for writing back.
Profile per say don't present anything to comment.
Tmt means possibility of blockage in artery to heart.
Tg 202 means higher than normal and predisposes you for development of blockage.
You have already undergone ct cag which is Normal I don't see need for any more tests immediately though a myocardial perfusion imaging PET or Spect scan tell weather there is really lack of blood supply or no.
Yes there is possibility but exact percentage of possibility depends on multiple factors as findings on TMT and certain clinical finding which only cardiologist or physician seeing you in person and detailed TMt report can calculate and tell. But for you it has no meaning as you have already undergone cag and that doesn't show blockages.
Hope I answered your query completely.
