Taking Medicine For Diabetes And Congestive Heart Failure. Suggest Safe Medicine For Myasthenia Gravis?
Question: What Medications for Myasthenia gravis are compatible with diabetes & congestive heart failure meds. Prednisone seems to be combative with meds for diabetes & congestive heart failure. Myasthenia seems to trump other ailments since without prednisone it is not possible to see. vision is obstructed.

Drugs that are to be avoided are beta blocker(metoprool) used for high blood pressure and cardiac problem in patients with myasthenia also calcium channal blocker like (amlodipine)
Prednisolone can worsen diabetes. In diabetic medications that can be used are immunoglobulin in emergency and mycophenolate for long term
Avoid prednisolone as it can cause the listed side effects and can affect the vision
