Levels are normal for most patients. please see...
Detailed Answer:
Respected Sir
1. I hope this drug is olsovas (olmesartan).
2. These readings are within normal limits if you do not have diabetes & kidney disease. The goal of therapy for patients of high blood pressure is to achieve levels less than 140/90 mmHg. However for those with diabetes and kidney disease the levels should be less than 130/80 mmHg.
3. If you are tolerating the drug well and your levels do not go above 140/90 mmHg, no change is required.
4. Please also continue with life style modifications for better control of high blood pressure. These include avoiding smoking, moderation of alcohol intake to less than 2 pegs per day, optimal weight control (body mass index~23), daily supervised exercise, low salt diet, daily supervised exercise and avoidance of stress.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to discuss further.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder XXXXXXX
