
Test Showed 17-alpha, Progesterone(elisa)- 4.13 Ng/ml, TSH(eclia)- 5.340 MicIU/mL. Any Advice?

Question: My girl baby, 3 weeks old, following are the LAB blood test results, kindly let me know your observation.
17-Alpha (0H) PROGESTERONE(ELISA) (SERUM) - RESULT- 4.13 ng/ml
SERUM TSH(ECLIA) - RESULT- 5.340 micIU/mL

1 Can you please specify when the blood was taken from the baby?
( at what age?)
2 Was it done as part of routine screening test?
3 please write the normal reference range given by the lab as mentioned n the report.
In newborns less than 630 nanogram per deci litre is normal
( higher range is seen in pre term babies)
TSH also you send the reference range in your lab.
Usually, upto10 I U is normal in newborns.
It should be done after 4-5 days of birth.
