Test Showed Inhomogeneous Opacity With Irregular Margins. What Does This Mean?

Question: justly i want to know my father is suffering from inhomogenous opacity with irregular margin is seen in right lower zone in the para cardiac region.he is justly to be 57yrs old what this kind of disease terms.or what this terms mean

Thank you for your query.
It seems to be an x-ray report of the chest.
It usually means he has a semi opaque shadow on the lower part of the right lung adjacent to the heart.
It usually means a small pneumonitis/mass.
What are the symptoms of your father?
Why was he advised an x-ray?
This finding if significant should be further confirmed by a CT scan of the chest.

small pneumonitis disease regarding to lungs.blood is coming from nose&mouth 10to12 drops from last 2to 3 days can u pls give some view

Hi,
Small pneumonitis with bloody cough commonly points to Tuberculosis.
A CT scan ,Mantoux test,sputum for acid fast bacilli is needed.
Kindly consult a chest specialist.
