Tested For Rubella Ig G And Is Positive. Help?

My wife has been tested for Rubella Ig G and it is positive 371.00.
We are kind of tensed before the doctor appointment tomorrow as when we looked at different blogs online, we got some scary comments. Please help.
Thanks,

NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT IN THE REPORT.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
I have gone through your reports.
IgG may indicate either previous vaccination with rubella vaccine or any past infection with Rubella. If IgG is positive, it means that your wife now have good immunity against it. It is a good sign and nothing to worry about.
In fact there is no need of doing a Ig G test for Rubella. More important is Ig M test. If the Ig M test is positive, it means that the infection was recent and then you have some reason to worry.
Right now, with a high Ig G level, NOTHING NEEDS TO BE DONE, and there is no cause for worry.
All the best and take care.
Please feel free to ask any further follow up questions.
