Thyroglobin antibodies are formed in a persons blood whenever there is inflammation or injury to thyroid gland like in thyroiditis,graves disease , thyroid neoplasms etc.
Although different labs differ slightly in the reference ranges a level of <22 IU/ml is considered normal , the ranges being ( 0- 40 IU/ml).
Considering you have normal Tsh levels there is no need as such for any further testing.However if any clinical suspicion your doctor might want to run a complete thyroid profile including free T3,T4 levels , thyroglobin protein levels and TPO antibodies ( specific for thyroiditis).
As of now this present report is not worrisome and does not warrant further investigation.
Your symptoms could be probably attributed to a phase of peri menopause .
