Question : Ulnar nerve involvement. My arms tingle, and go numb during sleep.
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
First of all, I wish to reassure you that your symptoms are not suggestive of any serious neurological illness.
The commonest cause of ulnar nerve involvement is entrapment near the elbow region. This leads to mechanical compression of the nerve.
Use of pregabalin capsules would give symptomatic relief.
In addition, care should be taken to avoid pressure over the elbow region.
