Lack of hormone and vascular problems are most important. Please check your cholesterol, testosterone and prolactin levels and correct it Also Diabetes is one of the most important factor, please check it, if you haven't. There are few specialized test like ultrasound of penis and prostate and blood test, which can be done later if required.
