Hello
Thanks for the query posted.
I would be pleased to answer your query .

Your dandruff can be treated with over night application of Ketoconazole and Halobetasol & Salicylic Acid lotion which can be applied on alternate days for 2 weeks.
You should Fluocinolone based shampoo thrice a week .
You would get these as prescription from your general practitioner. Taking Teczine will not help much.

Your Acne can be treated with the following regimen :
You should use a Salicylic Acid based face wash twice a day . That will help in reducing the size of the oil glands over a period of time .
You should use Nadifloxacin or Clindamycin on the acne twice a day .Use Benzoyl peroxide thrice a week at night ( Monday Wednesday Friday) as a short contact therapy as your skin is dry . It means apply it on the full face and wash it off in 10 minutes.
Similarly use Adapalene Tuesday , Thursday and Saturday nights as a short contact therapy .

In case the Acne respond slowly to the above standard regimen you will need to take an Oral Antibiotic like Azithromycin or Doxycycline .

You will get the above standard treatment as a prescription from your Dermatologist .

Thanks and take care
