Trying To Conceive. Suggested Treatment Is Expensive. Should It Be Done?

With reference to our discussion on 17-July-13(Husband Sperm count "0") as suggested by you i have co-ordinate with . -Aniruddha malpani in Mumbai. I am sorry to say that it is certain that you cannot conceive now through natural intercourse. It is better to go through assisted reproductive techniques or adoption.
Now to decide on the next step, the only question that you need to put in, how desperate are you for the baby through biological methods? You cannot take more time to decide on this. If you want to try with your husband's sperm and egg you should go for testicular biopsy and look for sperm (chances are 20%). They can retrieve that. This is a fair chance in this condition.
If not you can take the help of a donor sperm (from a fertile male) and get ICSI done.
If you want with biological method from the same genetics. You still can try to check if there are live sperm by multiple testicular biopsy. It is a call to be taken by you couple. I have referred to the best IVF centre. IVF is all about skill and technology. This method gives 20% success rate anywhere in the world. If not worried about same geneology tree, you can try a donor sperm. This will be successfully implanted into your womb and you can carry the pregnancy.
If you are desperate for a baby, it is worth every XXXXXXX you spend. Your other financial goals may be pushed further by just few months if you take this up. If not desperate you can adopt a child, legal battle and it would cost almost the same.
