Hello
Thanks for replying
Your BMI stands at 31 so you will have to lose quite some weight. Here is what you should do
1. Exercise regularly. For starters 30 min walks a day for 6 days a week.
2. Watch what you eat. Low carb and low fat diet is the dictum for you. The ideal thing would be to approach a good dietician
3. Avoid fast foods and sweets. Add lots of fibres like raw vegetables, salads and fruits like apples, oranges and papaya. These can be good substitutes for hunger pangs.
4. Test your thyroid levels once in 3 months as this adds to the weight gain
I hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to answer any further doubts.
