Observe for a couple of days first.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,
I think it might be cautious to observe the pain for a few days. This is reasonable since you have an unremarkable medical history, that can explain such a pain. Also considering the fact that you have not experienced any major traumatic injury, watching for a couple of days is a good option for a start in my humble opinion.
In case its disturbing, simple and small doses of Acetaminophen could be taken for now. A complete physical examination by your Spine should be done in case pain persists or aggravates.
For now, I think you need not worry. I am available to address any specific concerns if you do have any, you should feel free asking follow up questions. Wishing you the best of health and kind regards.
