Yes, urinating so often is quite significant, and it does mean that she has some problem.

If I may, does she have any other symptoms at all along with urinating so often? Say like, burning while passing urine, pain, irritation, feeling the urge to urinate or anything at all?

A few things come to my mind in considering this particular presentation,

1. Diabetes insipidus, Drinking too much water, in turn passing too much urine.
2. Diabetes mellitus, Feeling thirst due to high blood glucose levels which make leads to more urine formation and leads to loss of water.
3. Over active bladder muscle (Nerves supplying the bladder are overacting).
4. A stone in the urinary tract.

The best way to go forward would be to get her examined by a pediatrician first and get a couple of blood tests and repeat urine exam to specifically look for blood glucose levels, urine osmolarity, and also an abdominal ultrasound scan to look for anything inside the bladder, like a stone or if the bladder is just contracting too often.
