Hi,

Thanks for writing in.

Well from your history, it is good to know that you are not having any medical illness. The symptoms are not consistent with any specific disease process. Hence I would like to suggest you a complete health check up for your age including an electrocardiogram (ECG).

If there will any abnormality noticed, that can be corrected in the right direction.
You can avoid this condition by the following advices :
- Take plenty of fluids to maintain proper hydration
- If you are a smoker, avoid smoking
- Take vitamin and mineral supplementation
- Avoid caffeine intake in form of coffee, chocolates
- Avoid stressful conditions, try to maintain a healthy stress free lifestyle
- You can consider an anxiolytic drug, before you sleep
- Exercise daily, at least half hour in the morning and evening as well.

This is a benign condition for which you must not be stressed out and I am sure the above mentioned advice will help you in improving your condition.

I am here for any further follow up.
Regards
