Question: i have some problems with my blood pressure over 2/ 3 days now, it is very low, it's constantly around 95 over 50, Pulse is constanly around 90-100 beside that i have to urinate a lot. Tempature is normal. i feel very week and dissy and have al lot of pain in my back, i am an femal and live and are now in the netherlands, it's evening here right now, the pain is getting worser the last two hours, have you tips how i can get the pain down. are should i go to the hospitalpost?

Thanks for posting your query.

In view of the lower back ache and the frequent micturition there is a possibility that you may be having a stone in the kidney or the urinary tract.

I suggest getting a CT scan(computed tomography) KUB (kidney urinary bladder) and a urine analysis to look for the presence of calcium oxalate crystals done. A urologist should be consulted and these tests done.

The BP is low normal and not low. I will suggest drinking water with salt solution or lemon juice with salt for the same. Also drink plenty of water and take Tramadol or acetaminophen for the pain.
